Stridewall

Your teams already work with AI. Without rules and without method.

We map how work actually gets done in your organisation, make it faster, and give AI use rules that stand up to scrutiny.

The starting point

What we found in our first engagement

9 of 10
employees were already using AI at work. No guidelines, no training.
6 of 9
could not say which company data they were allowed to enter into AI tools.
2.3 of 5
was the average self-rated AI skill. Nobody put themselves above 3.

Measured at the start of our first engagement, at a listed German real-estate group. We name clients only after written approval.

What we do

Four steps, one sequence

  1. 01

    Setup

Your own tenant, sign-in through your existing login, clear data rules from day one.

  2. 02

    On site

We sit with every department and map how the work actually gets done.

  3. 03

    Prompt library

Every recurring task becomes a tested, reusable prompt.

  4. 04

    Automation review

Candidates with effort, payback and sequencing. You decide what gets built.

Evidence

One department head had already cut a daily three-to-four-hour analysis down to one or two hours, on his own initiative. About thirteen hours a week, from one person, before we had changed anything.

Why now

The EU AI Act already applies

Since February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has obliged companies that merely deploy AI to ensure sufficient AI literacy among their staff. Further obligations phase in from August 2026.
